Calming Ocean Waves Review

On and off all year, I have had the hardest time decompressing. I've tried yoga (or at least what I have learned from youtube), hot tea, incense, melatonin (to help me sleep), and classical music. While they all help in different ways, I decided to give the Calming Ocean Waves a listen, just to see. What I found was pure bliss!

Turns out my happy place is the ocean.

While I can't get to the ocean as often as I'd like (once a week, please!), recorder Bjorn Lynne and producer Ryan Judd have made it possible for me to enjoy the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves crashing against the shore from my own home … more than 4 hours away from the ocean!

And what a great time of year to hear the ocean. The minute you leave the house, it's all hustle and bustle, Christmas shopping, wrapping, planning, buying, selling, shipping, cooking, etc, etc, etc… If that isn't enough to stress you out and give you anxiety, I don't know what is!

Calming Ocean Waves, however, brings you back to your center allowing you to focus and rest. It's just one hour of constant, consistent, ocean waves. No loud crashes to startle you or bird noises to distract you. Just waves … one after the other … until you fall asleep. :)

What sorts of things do you do to relax when you feel stressed out?
