Recently I got the opportunity to try Tagliatelle di Campofilone or Italian flat egg noodles. In case you don't know, egg noodles are usually flat and originated in China whereas pasta comes in a variety of shapes and sizes and no one knows what country it originated in.
For our meal, we served our pasta with Classico cheese sauce, broccoli, chicken, and bread on the side. Not exactly the most nutritious of meals, but it was fast and easy … something we like in this household.
The Hemisfares noodles were long and soft, easy to eat and they tasted incredibly light, not at all like typical pasta from the grocery store. Plus, the pasta came in a box with the noodles separated just like you would expect from a fancier brand.
When we had leftover noodles but not sauce, I reheated the noodles and paired them simply with butter and parmesan cheese for a delicious snack the next day. The egg noodles didn't lose any of their delicious in the reheating process making this a fantastic product I would definitely consider purchasing again.
HemisFares doesn't just make noodles though. They also make a great bolognese sauce, olive oil, gelato, and, soon to come, foods from a variety of other regions around the world! I'm excited to see and try all of the products from HemisFares in the near future!
