Skincare & Hygiene + Giveaway

Over the past few weeks I have received numerous products to test. It's been a lot of fun and I've found a few new favorite products that I will be implementing into my skincare regimen which, honestly, didn't really exist until I received these products… That's how awesome they were!

First up – Dial Miracle Oil Body Wash

Refreshing and rehydrating to my dry skin, Dial Miracle Oil Body Wash is the perfect defense mechanism against the cold winter dryness. This new body wash not only smells absolutely amazing with it's delicious tropical scent, but it also lathers up wonderfully leaving you with comfortably clean, smooth, soft skin that will keep you coming back for more.

Before starting my hectic day, I take advantage of Dove Dry Antiperspirant

If you are already a fan of Dove, Degree or Axe deodorants, you will love the new dry spray antiperspirants! The product goes on clear and dry keeping you fresh smelling all day without leaving any nasty residue on your clothes! Yay! The smell is clean and a bit stronger than my typical Dove deodorant, but not so strong as to keep me from using the product. While it claims you can go 48 hours on a spritz, I'm not brave enough to try that… Someone else can let me know how well that works!

After cleaning my face, before putting on make-up, I like using the Neutrogena Hydro-Boost Water Gel

I have very dry skin that gets itchy and starts to break out if I don't keep it moisturized, however, quite unpredictably, I dislike the majority of products that claim to "hydrate" skin. Often times, they don't work well for me making my skin feel tacky and encouraging me to rub the product off, which is pretty much the opposite of what you want. Neutrogena Hydro-Boost feels like a new, surprisingly original alternative to other products – one that actually feels great on the skin and moisturizes well even after an initial use. The product comes out as more of a cream than a gel, not too thick or too thin. I've been just putting a dab on my finger and it basically covers my whole face meaning that a jar of this stuff should last me forever! :) I highly recommend this product for individuals with dry skin that just need the tiniest bit of moisture added to their daily skincare routine.

Finally, last but not least I use Key West Health & Beauty Dark Spot Corrector

To be honest, I had never heard of this brand before my trial with Tomoson and I really didn't know what to expect. So far the product has exceeded all of my expectations in so many ways!

As of today, I've been using the product for approximately two weeks. I first started using it to hydrate and restore the skin under my eyes. With my naturally dark hair and dark eyes, I always felt like my face looked super dark when undereye circles were added to the mix. Given that the product takes a few weeks to work and I haven't given it enough time to really see results, let me just say that merely using the product is a bit of a confidence builder in my mind. I don't necessarily encourage buying "confidence builders" but this product was also fantastic at keeping my face moisturized, it's natural, and (best of all!) there is a money-back guarantee if it ends up not working for you! Plus, after speaking back and forth with the company over email when I ran into a few problems with this review, I can attest to the fantastic customer service! I may not have previously known anything about this brand, but I would definitely consider using them for this product and any others they have that might suit my needs in the future.

What products do you include in your skincare regimen? Have you tried any of these products before?
