Day of: Decorations

I know, I know. You thought I was going to move on to part 2 of the wedding. Not so fast! While Justin, the wedding party, my family, and I were off taking pictures, our lovely wedding coordinators were helping to create "our" vision of the "perfect" day.

I think the most important thing in our wedding day vision was the tables. Because of the time of year, I wanted to emphasize the pink cherry blossoms. I did not want white or purple (despite what Michaels may think). My wedding colors were pink and blue. I wanted those two colors to "shine" on my wedding day. I also wanted a vintage look to the day. I really love how my coordinators were able to achieve a clean look with a vintage feel using the decorations I provided.

It was also fun how the coordinators incorporated the china Justin and I had collected over the summer from garage sales, Goodwill, and various other places. The table had a little bit of color and a lot of character with the use of the china.

I think everyones favorite decoration of the night was the candy station. Yum! Who wouldn't want a bite of some of that yummy candy?!

There were so many little details that you could easily miss if you weren't looking. I love how we incorporated a beautiful rosary into my bouquet.

Are there any details and decorations at weddings you've noticed that you love?
